Bigger Lunch



I eat a larger lunch and a smaller dinner. This seems to help in the weight loss success. I find it better not to eat so many calories at night.

    Bigger breakfast too! I find keeps me from binging on bad foods during the early part of the day 2-ish. Adding protein to my breakfast, simple as that! emoticon - by MAMMAJAMMA3
