Sneak It In



My favorite sneak in exercise is walking up and down the stairs. I live in a Ranch home, but I do have a basement, and I try to do the steps for at least 5 minutes.

  • Walking stairs is a great sneak for me when I work my per diem job. I have to be at the hospital at 0730 and it's a 90 minute one way commute. I work all three floors of a hospital and out office is on the 3rd floor of the old hospital so stairs are my workout on the days I am at that hospital. - by OHNOGOLDENS
