Going To Bed Happy



Whenever I have a really tough day, I make sure I do a p.m. yoga DVD. The gentle exercises and meditation help me focus my energy and be at peace. It makes sleeping a lot easier and I feel, in general, happier. A simple thing to do that is highly effective.
