One Step At A Time



I started tracking all of my food, but not really trying to stay within my target ranges for the first few days. This allowed me to see where I stood and make small changes to my daily food choices, without getting discouraged.

  • Great tip...thank you! I'm having so much trouble keeping in the target zone for all 4 groups. I do fine with calories and carbs, but find it difficult to get in enough protein and fat. Everything I try to add on seems to put me over on the other 2. So this is a wonderful way to get started. - by CANDY1226
