Scrub & Rinse

More Information:

You'll pay an astronomical price for a comparable scrub in a boutique. I know.
One daughter-in-law wanted the salt based scrub & the other wanted the sugar for Christmas.

Just before stepping out of the shower I scrub gently from face to toe & rinse.
My skin has NEVER been so soft & smooth. emoticon

  • Oh my! LOL
No. It doesn't go rancid on me. That would be awful. EW! LOL
Trust me my husband would be the first to know and he would certainly tell me. He has the most sensitive nose of anyone I have ever met.
Nor has the salt/oil mixture gone bad in the jar.
If I remember correctly salt is a natural preservative.
The plastic jar that I'm using holds about two cups of salt.
I use it every time I shower.
Thank you. I'm very glad you brought that point up! - by ***DEBRA***
  • I'll need to try this. I use salt scrubs ALL the time and most stores (except Trader Joes, which is tough for me to get to) charge $20 and up. If I can make this cheaper (which clearly I can) and it works as well - and doesn't go rancid LOL, I'll love it! - by SHANIMCK
