Preventions Walk Of Weight Program (wow)



I purchased the book and journal from prevention and absolutely LOVE it!! It gives a plan for not only walking but also strength training at the same time. Nothing special required but a stretch band. The book is very motivating and informative as well.

It also gives info on proper foot wear, clothing, working out in heat and cold, journaling. It also has a small section of recipes but not to many.
