Secrets of Success




I save some calories every day for sweets or ice cream in the evening. I know, GASP! But, I don't feel deprived, and I'm still within my calorie range. And, I'm quite a healthy eater during the day.

    I do the same thing! Usually its only 100-200 calories (or less) but I love sweets and it keeps me from binging! - by AWITCIK
  • I think I've done this subconsciously on several occasions. Especially once you get really into tracking your food, I think you start to get a sense of how much you've already had, and then at the end of the night you realize you haven't had your day's worth of calories and can treat yourself to a little something you're in the mood for. It takes a little dullness out of the portioning throughout the day. And you're right, you don't feel deprived! - by DALALPHABET
