Change It Up!



I was getting bored with my workout routine to the point that the minute I hit 30 minutes I was done! Then I decided to incorporate things I needed to do into my workout like walking to get groceries or a new toothbrush. Depending on the distance I can got for an hour and not feel like a workout!

  • Having a plan each time I go for a work out is what keeps it interesting. Not only do I have a plan but also create a backup plan in the event that I am unable to get the machine that I intended when I go into the gym. - by MARDGY

  • I am trying to incorporate a "Rule" that when I have to do several errands within One mile of each other, I walk rather than drive to them. This includes walking to Curves which is .8 of a mile from my house. - by LJCANNON
