How To Track Nutrition For Shift Workers!

I work 12 hour night shifts on varying nights throughout the week. I added my own "meal times" on my nutrition page and track Midnight to Midnight every day of the week, even when I am off. This has finally been my key to losing weight! Please recommend this to anyone who works odd hours!

  • I am as well a 12 hour night shifter 6pm-6am. It has been difficult to figure out my food schedule. I just consider the same day from the time I get out of bed at 3pm until I go to bed at 8am. The problem is that I am very back and forth on my hours. emoticon - by DEABEA222
  • Yes, that can be a problem because I as well work the graveyard shift. I carry fruits and nuts to work, and if I'm not too tired/doing overtime, I'll go straight to the gym after I get off - by SBECTON127
