Spice It Up!



"Spice it up!" Every movement that I do counts. While I'm brushing my teeth, I do leg lifts. While I watch TV, I do crunches. I try to clean more often now instead of just sitting on the couch. Also, if there are errands to run, I volunteer to do them, just to get out and get moving!
