I've started working out in the morning before work. I know everyone can't do that, but it really works for me. Then if I don't get any more exercise the rest of the day there is no guilt.

  • I started doing that this week as well. Getting up can be a bear, and I really have to talk myself into going. But I feel a lot better and I know my exercise is done for the day! Plus, I've read that it boosts your metabolism for the day to burn more calories! - by JJSSPARK
