    I agree. I used to pack a diet soda in my lunch and some days I would need to "chug" it down because of time (teachers get limited lunch times). It made me feel bloated after lunch. I switched to a small bottle of water in my lunch and it works so much better. It's been two months now and I really don't miss the pop. I occasionally have it when I go out to eat but that's a rare occasion too.
