Eat A Green Smoothie Every Day For Breakfast



1 cup pineapple (or blueberries or strawberries)
1 banana
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
2 tbsp. flax seed
2 cups water
Blend all ingredients and ENJOY!

    well I am going to have to try this. I love all the ingredients separately but I have to admit it will be an unusual combo for me to put all that in the blender. But I'll give it a whir. - by SWALIS
