Losing Motivation To Complete Exercise Routine



Today I struggled getting through 30 minutes of exercise. But I told myself how good I will feel after thirty minutes is over. I figured I am awake fifteen hours a day (900 minutes) and I am exercising is 3% of the 900 minutes. This is a small amount of time.

More Information:

It felt like torture but I stuck with it and turned my thinking around to positive thoughts. I feel great now.
