  • I actually just brought my Lateral Thigh Trainer to work yesterday and put it under my desk. This way I can step and get the resistance while I do my work. There are different resistance levels, so I can increase from time to time.
    Also, when there is no one else in the office I can pull it out do it standing up to get a real leg workout! emoticon emoticon - by STUTTERBOX
