It takes time to make exercise into a habit. Make it an important time of your day and stick to it. Don't let anything get into the way. People know that I am a fitness buff, but it didn't happen over night.

  • When we get depressed it's easy to fall off the exercise wagon but I must continually remind myself that forcing myself to exercise even when I don't feel like it or I feel blue, will actually make me feel better afterwards! - by LAMBIERABBIT
