Soft Drinks Made Me Soft And Flabby - No More!



My wife and I started by not ordering soda when going out to eat (saved money). Then simply didn't buy any soda next time at the store. Now we are both off soda. Iced tea has made a great, low cost substitute.

More Information:

Trainer says 1 teaspoon of sugar suppresses immune system for 4 hours. A can of soda can have 12 teaspoons of sugar.

    Great way to start,next should be NOT to buy bottled water, unless tha quality of your tap-water is really bad; why? First you cut costs, second you actually help the environment, since 1l of bottle water cost up to 300ml of crude oil (manufacturing the plastic bottle, shipping the bottle to the store), and thirdly not all bottles water is as great as you might think, look at the level of Sodium next time you're thinking of buying bottled water and then check with the local authorities...
