I use plastic bags, like the kind you receive your newspaper in, not like the ziplock kinds. I take a breast of chicken chop it up into bite size bits, take 1/2 potatoe and dice it up, dice up the veggies I like and add seasonings. I seal the bag closed [or you can tie it] and

then nook it for 1 minute and flip it, nook it for another min. and repeat. When you see that the meat is cooked on one side nook it for another min. Approx 6 min. total. The flavor is at it's best and you wont believe it. It's quick, its great and it taste awesome.

  • Yes, these bags are safe and if air tight works the best. Regular type baggies do not work the same.
