You Can Always Get Back On Track



I think this thought is my saving grace. The weight loss and staying healthy are primary goals but I tell myself that if I have a bad day - eat something bad or to excess - it's not the end of the world. I get back on the Sparkpeople wagon and move forward.

  • I totally get the getting back on track. Stress is a diet killer. I am an emotional eater, and I have three kids, two have special needs. So sabotage is on its way, when i start feeling stressed, I start stretching or instead of reaching for chocolate, Im reaching for rice cakes, BTW Quaker vanilla creme brulle rice cakes are soooo good. emoticon - by BARBIEALONSO
