Indulging In Delicious Dessert



I love ice cream so instead of feeling deprived I treat myself to a low fat healthy sundae, I buy low fat sugar free ice cream (80 calories per 4 oz) put 2 layers of ice cream, sliced strawberries and bananas, 1 tsp slivered almonds, 1 tsp low fat choc. syrup. Only 180 calories!! Yum!!

  • I have done this same type thing but for me, since I am allergic to strawberries I use other fruit like blackberries, raspberries or pineapple. I also use fat free frozen yogurt sometimes. emoticon emoticon - by XENA1956
