Secrets of Success

Changing Up My Exercise Routine

After a while my body gets use to the exercises that I am doing and stops losing weight. I find if I do new different types things my body kicks into gear again and starts to lose pounds. Try this when you get stuck.

I get bored with the same routine. I stopped walking in the mornings cause of the winter. But I'm going to start walking again. I will walk at least 2 days a week and do the videos the other 3 days. I hope this works. - by LADEEBIKER1

  • Just a quick thought wouldn't it be better to switch it up all the time rather than waiting to hit a wall. I have read that your routines should be a mix and match...a couple of days of this and a couple of that. Just a thought. I know we have all hit the plateau from time to time but it would seem to avoid it would be easier or at least better.
