Secrets of Success

Challenge Yourself

I am addicted to ice cream and was falling back into my old habit of going out at night and buying an avalanche which is ice cream with reeses peanut butter cups chopped.
A team I belong to challenged us to do something for 3 weeks. I chose quit eating Avalanches.
That is what made me fat before.

More Information:

To me sugar is addictive. I can't eat just a little. emoticon emoticon

  • A few years ago I got into the habit of having 2 scoops of ice cream EVERY night. I was addicted. I finally decided that I would not buy it. Now when we want ice cream, it's a treat to go out for a walk to get it and because it can be expensive, we each get only one scoop. I used to LOVE my ice cream...the longer I go without it now, the less I think about it. I rarely have it and I realized recently I don't miss it. Thank goodness I finally got rid of those cravings! - by WOLFPUP_23
  • I have an ice cream habit also that needs to be nipped in the bud. - by GRAMMAOFFIVE
