  • None of us like to feel that we are to blame for whatever happens in our life - it is great to always place the blame on someone or something else. I can buy this theory as most of us rush to 'fix' a health problem. I have been working on this problem for the past three months and my last blood panel showed good results of eating on the diabetic plan. My next step is portion control and this time I will handle it and become more healthy as a result. emoticon - by ALWAYSME-JAN
