This is a new one for me. When I work out and I'm sore the next day, I go ahead and do a cardio workout. From what I read, it's a bad idea to do nothing at all, that will extend the amount of time you are sore. If you repeat what caused the soreness, it can make you weak. . emoticon

More Information:

Examples of cardio could be a walk or run. You could even use an exercise video. These are not all. I can't wait until it warms up, my cardio will become swimming with my girls.
