Weigh Every Day!!!



I have been stuck for a few months, but I feel like I've finally broken through. If you weigh every day, you can see a sodium spike after eating out too much, for example, and you can see what your weight is really doing.

Weighing every day also lets women see water fluctuations caused by hormones. Track it in an Excel graph if it helps.
