Balancing Act



I've finally found out that I need balance in my life to stay on the healthy track. I can have chocolate, I can have wine... I can skip a day of exercise... I just cannot let it continue indefinitely!

  • I think this is something that we all have to realize. As long as we are making healthy choices most of the time, its ok to enjoy those things we love (wince, chocolate, being lazy on the couch) some of the time. - by COOKIEGIRL26

    I agree. I refuse to "give up" foods. Everything in moderation! Although, for now I am really trying to make most of my choices from the healthy menu - just having started "sparking".
