Muscle Cramps



If you are experiencing muscle cramps after exercising, three things might help. One, stretch really well after exercising. Two, drink even more water. Three, take some calcium/magnesium supplements.

  • I just went to the health food store this weekend to get some potassium and magnesium citrate for leg cramps. Something else worked though and I was totally shocked one morning when a cramp woke me up out of deep sleep - after crying for 20 minutes (lol), I just breathed in deeply, held it, exhaled slowly. Did four of those and the cramp was gone. Still gonna take the supplements though . . . lol. - by CAMSMOM918
