Secrets of Success




I walk 30 minutes every morning at work before I start. It's the same route, all inside, so to change it up a little, I'll walk the route in the opposite direction. It keeps me from getting bored.

  • I haven't hit a plateau but I also climb 17 flights of stairs on my morning break and I spin twice a week. I just added the spinning part, so maybe that's helped. - by GAHNZO
