Nutrition Tracker



This week I started entering the food I ate on My Nutrition Tracker either before I ate or right after I ate (rather than at the end of the day like I used to). This helped me sooooo much to stay on track with my calories! I knew exactly how many calories I'd eaten so it helped me from eating extra!

  • I do the nutrition tracker first thing in the morning..and then go back the next morning and make corrections, additions, etc.,
