Eat Often!



Eating 5 or 6 low calorie mini-meals around 200 cals each every 3 hours keeps me from feeling hungry and discourages overeating because I know another meal is just around the corner!

More Information:

Mini-meals that combine a protein and carbohydrate are best - say peanut butter with apples, or a poached egg with whole grain toast.
