Eat Before You Workout



Have something with protein before you workout.

More Information:

i would go to the gym first thing in the morning before I ate breakfast- I would be lethargic and not feel like finishing the workout. A trainer told me to eat a little protein meal before I go to the gym... like an egg beater scramble with veggies. I tried it & felt way more energetic at the gym!

    I hit the gym for an hour every morning at 5. I never feel bad or burn out early, so is that a bad thing? I always eat somethig with a lot of protein and amino acids as soon as I get home. Is that a bad thing? I know all people are different but just curious. Thanks! - by ALYSCO2003
  • Eat after a workout, too.
    Eating w/i 45 min of your workout is optimal burn time.
    Make sure to have protein and amino acids for muscle recovery. - by POLAR_SPARK_AQ1
