  • Getting back on track is sometimes tricky for me - but I find it easier when I put a lot of thought into why I want to do this in the first place!! Sometimes I write myself a letter, via e-mail, and just "talk things over" with myself. Find what works for you and good luck!!! - by LILYBELLE8

  • I think it is important to give myself a break if I don't get everything just right. It doesn't do any good to beat myself up, I just decide right that minute to get started. I never wait until tomorrow, because tomorrow never gets here!. emoticon - by ORIONKATHY
  • I write down everything that I say to myself within my head. Don't read it then. Write for two days. Then read it. It sure opened my eyes.     At the end of the day it's all about how much have you changed. You choose how you answer that yourself. There are plans that work, if you work the plan. Have you really considered what will happen when you lose the weight? How you will feel? Think about what stands in your way.     I'm in the same boat as you are, I need help getting back on track. Well, today is the day for me. I picked up a book that I got at the chiropractor's office 2 years ago " 7 secrets of fat loss" and started reading it last night. It was great to be reminded of how the body works with different kinds of foods.
    For me, this did the trick. Today I started my day with 36 minutes of exercise and the "morning drinK" to get my liver functioning well (part of the plan I read in the book)

    I know there are a zillion diets and eating plans out there - and believe me I think i've tried 2/3rds of them (still haven't been able to get it right though) I'm giving this program a try. I have nothing to lose except some water and fat weight.
