Secrets of Success




When I want to relax and use my brain at the same time I enjoy doing crossword puzzles. I enjoy the stimulation and it helps me concentrate on this one thing that I am doing, hence I do not crave food.

  • That really is a good idea. Yesterday I was by myself here at the house and for a good 2 hours all I wanted to do was snack...I knew what I'd eaten already and what I'd planned for supper so I chose a few things but then I knew I didn't WANT to consume any more cal/fat/carbs etc but it was like a MONSTER wanting to snack...very unpleasant. :( I really had to focus on distracting myself so I did some laundry, did the dishes, went out back for a bit...eventually it subsided but WOW really unpleasant! - by TEXASCHICK74
