Find and apply your daily formula for health.

At 5' 4" and 121lb, mine is to consume 1400 -1750 calories, do at least 10,000 steps (including at least 30 mins of cardio), eat at least 5 fruit and veg, drink at least 8 glasses of water. These numbers add up to good health! What's your formula?
