I'm sure others have said this .too, but when you join with another person towards a common goal and you have similar interests,the percentage of odds in your favor of SUCCESS AT REACHING YOUR GOAL expand GREATLY and most likely YOU WILL SUCCEED!!! I have found ALL the sparkteams to be helpful.....

Whether I need help or can give helpful advice, a sparkteam gives me MORALE,MOTIVATION, and much needed SUPPORT and many of my team members become my SPARKFRIENDS!!! I can see why others who don't have this SUPPORT SYSTEM are flailing in their efforts to go it alone.When I need help,they are there!

    I have to say that joining the Late-In-Life Mommies Sparkteam has really helped with the sparkfriends I've made,but in my trying to lose these last remaining lbs.,getting the Mommy of the Week award-May 30-June 5,2010-has rejuvenated me and HELPED MY MOTIVATION & MORALE to lose THAT WT.!! If I hadn't joined,I would have never known these SPecial women and have a boost in my joy & motivation that I NEED RIGHT NOW!!! emoticon - by MOMWANTSNOWAIST
