Exercise one more minute, one more rep, one more set, one more _______ than you did yesterday. One more bus stop, one more lap.

On Day 1 if you exercise 10 mins, and you add one minute more each day up to Day 7, you will have exercised 91 cumulative minutes in days 1-7, instead of 70.
