  • I'm not a gym rat, but I'm getting used to it. DB is a gym rat so we go together - but once I get through those doors, I do go for it - no use having a personal trainer unless I get my money's worth, eh? I went alone today, not even with the personal trainer, and had one of my best exercise days ever. It doesn't come naturally, but I really am working on it and BOY, do I feel like polishing my halo once I've done it! - by CHEBBA
  • Thanks for this encouragement. I hate exercise and I am always tired. I don't even know what will work for me now. I tried an exercise bike, walking on the beach but I can't seem to get the habit started. After two times, I am done. What can I do to get this habit formed? emoticon - by BAJAN_N_PEACHY

  • I've found that once I get used to exercising, and then for some reason am not able to do it for a period of time (I recently went through some oral surgery and was not able to exercise for a couple of weeks) I miss it. I have been able to resume my exercising now and feel much better. - by LEGALSEC20
  • I sure hope they kick in soon! How long does it generally take before this happens. - by MISSDESI1
