Little Bits Of Activity



Little bits of activity really do add up. I have started taking the stairs in the parking garage instead of the elevator, stairs to go get water, and it is getting easier. I may not have time each day to work out, but these "little bits" add up to the 30 minutes I need.

  • I have weights by the T.V so while I'm watching it, I'm thinking I could be doing a few reps and either stay on the coach or sit right in front and do a few. I also enjoy sit ups, push ups and leg lifts during commercial breaks. Try it! emoticon - by SUNSET09
