Chocolate Milk And Post Workout Pain



To keep yourself from getting sore after a workout drink a glass of chocolate milk. It works emoticon AND it's YUMMY!! Hershey's makes a Sugar Free Chocolate syrup that is really low in calories (only 15 calories for 2T)
I do the every time & have yet to get sore, even when I do something "new"
