Secrets of Success




When ever I feel like I need to snack on something I try chewing a stick of gum instead. It wards off the hunger and I feel satisfied. emoticon

  • I do this too! I also make sure to drink enough water, as thirst can be mistaken for hunger and can lead to snacking that gum chewing can't prevent. - by ABSTRACTBUG
