Log Your Exercise



I find when it's hard to get going, I log in my exercise before I do it. Then I HAVE to do it, or feel awful erasing it! Not often do I have to erase it!

    I've done this with my food and it does create some havoc in me when I need to change my food because I chose something other than my meals I brought with me. Never thought about it for exercise for some reason - sounds like a great idea! - by ACICEDA
