Curbing Hunger



As I have read before, drinking lots of water helps in weight loss. Sometimes when I think I am hungry, I will grab a bottle of water to drink. One trick I use is to add a flavored fiber powder. and that seems to help. You can have your cake and eat it too.

  • I've started adding flavored fiber powder to my water too. It adds a little taste to the water and helps me meet my fiber and protein requirements for the day too. I use the K20 which gives me 5g of each. - by TERRIEJO53
  • In answer to Sunrise--The best place to find it is at Wal-Mart. I use the orange flavor of Benefiber. It is the best. - by MARYJOANNA
  • Good comment. How do you force yourself to drink water? Maybe the water in our area just doesn't taste right but I have to force myself to drink water. I get plenty of fluids but drinking 8 glasses of water a day is tough. - by VYRONB
