Tracking My Food



I do track every thing I eat but if I have a not so good day eating I tend to not track everything I ate especially if I go over my calories.

  • That happened to me last week while on vacation. When I am home, even if I do go oer my amoaunts, I still track them in order to understand why I did not loose weight that week.

    I have found that it's easier for me to get over a slip if I do track it anyway- if I know I went over, and I want to avoid tracking, I will likely get stuck in the shame about it, tracking it anyway is a form of forgiving myself so I can move on. - by CROTHERSY1
