I've been doing the Ultimate Body Challenge for 10 years now and it just proves that you have to enjoy what you do to stay consistent in order to keep the weight off. The kickboxing class flies by because the music keeps you pumped and getting to punch a bag is very stress-relieving! emoticon emoticon

More Information:

After a skiing accident, I had to use a treadmill and elliptical and wasn't able to kickbox for a year. I've always been passionate about UBC but this proved that training with a purpose (self-defense) keeps your mind engaged and keeps you coming back for more.
