    I like eating in reverse. Since I started tracking I noticed that the most Kcal were at dinnertime. I guess it is because we are getting ready to fast during sleep. It never made any sense to me. I want most of my Kcal in the morning so I can have the day to burn it off. - by LIVINGONMYTERMS
