Exercise First Thing In The Morning



I like to exercise early in the morning. If I do it within the first hour of waking up, I almost never miss a day.

More Information:

I usually put my exercise clothing right in the bathroom ready for me when I awake.

  • This is a must for me as well! If I don't get something in first thing in the am - "stuff" (work, kids, housework, friends, temptation, etc.) is likely to get in the way later. Also, even 10 minutes in the morning lifts my mood and makes me feel better. - by LYFIVE
