Secrets of Success




I get up at 5:30 am Monday - Friday to exercise. Weekends I sleep in a little later. BUT, the first thing I do is exercise. I have a lot more energy and I feel great!!! Now I feel guilty if I don't exercise!! I never thought I would be like that!!!

  • I started last Monday to get up at 5:30 to work out for an hour and I love it! I have so much more energy than I used to and I find I'm more efficient at work. I thought my boyfriend was going to laugh at me but he's been very supportive in helping me get to bed on time so I can get up early. This is a great thing to do!
