Avoiding Late Night Eating



A favorite Weight Watcher Leader once said: :when you're finished your planned food for the day, go to bed, there me more in the morning". I found I often overate late at night because I was tired or upset. Sleep helped resolved both

  • I even go so far as not eating after 7 PM. This gives my system time to digest and settle down before trying to sleep. It also helps my gerd. - by ECASPERS
