Toning While Cooking



While cooking, I try to incorporate some strength & toning exercises.

More Information:

For example: while waiting for a pot to fill I do leg lifts; while mixing salad I do plies & releves; while waiting for something to boil I will do pushups against the edge of the counter; or while getting something from the pantry I will use cans or jars as weights for a few reps.
