Don'T Judge Yourself - Just Move Forward



When you have eaten more than your recommended calories or skipped a workout or ate that full bag of chips, don't beat yourself up! Still be sure to track whatever you ate, but move on. Everyone slips. Everyone! Keep your overall goals in mind (go over them after the slip-up) and look forward to the next day. No matter how many times you "fall", you can always get back up and still be successful.

    I've been on a perfect streak for the past 4 weeks until today. Went out to dinner for my husband's birthday - had even researched restaurant nutrition info in advance and knew what I was going to order. But, when I got there with family and friends, I caved in to temptation as everyone shared a little of this and tasted a little of that. I was feeling pretty lousy about myself and wanted to find some specific words of wisdom about how to deal with this setback.
